Delivery and Returns

• We pride ourselves on our rapid service and aim to dispatch most orders within two working days which you ordered from the available stock items.
• The back orders will take production time as mentioned in particular item description. 
• Economy shipment will take around 12 to 20 days in transit. We will provide you tracking number as soon as we dispatch the packet.
• We can arrange express shipments through DHL or FedEx couriers with additional freight charges. If the delivery is urgent, please write us, then we can quote you the express delivery charges. Transit time is 5 to 7 days for express shipments.
• Return: So far there is no any dispute or disappointment with any customer. But still if you have any problem in the delivery, you can return it within 15 days from delivery date. Return freight charge is payable by the buyer. We will refund your money or send a replacement.
• VAT or any other charges applicable in destination country is payable by the customer.
